FAQ
Shipping:
Current turnaround time is 1-3 business days to process your order. Please contact me PRIOR to your purchase if you need an item by a certain date, and I will try to accommodate your request. If you request a specific date you need have the item by in the Note to Seller section upon checkout, we will not put orders on hold and thus cannot be held liable for items that don't arrive in time if you did not message us PRIOR to ordering.
Once the order is marked as shipped and a notification is sent out these are the following transit times:
USA - Usually will take 3-7 business days with tracking via USPS First Class Mail
Canada - Usually will take 6-12 business days via Canada Post regular mail for Ontario & Quebec orders, and 3 to 5 weeks (varies by province) for all other provinces/territories
International - All items are shipped using Canada Post Small Packet with no tracking. You can expect your order with 2-4 weeks. Italy and Australia, at times, may take up to 5 weeks in some rare circumstances.
I can only guarantee that all of my items are shipped out 1-3 business days after receiving payment. Unfortunately delays in shipping are out of my control and refunds will not be issued due to late packages on the couriers behalf. ll items will be shipped
There may be applicable duty charges imposed by your country and beyond our control. If this is a problem, check with your local post office before ordering.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Since all of our products are made to order, we only accept exchanges on damaged goods. With the exception of human error; if WE have made a mistake in sending you the wrong size, design or color of shirt you ordered, we will be happy to do an exchange and we will pay for all the shipping costs.


Unfortunately, if YOU have made an error in the ordering process, such as ordering the incorrect size, we cannot refund or exchange the item. Do not hesitate to ask me questions if there is anything you need help with.
Please refer to the size charts and measurements before purchasing as there are no exchanges or refunds on wrong sizes selected.
Custom designed and personalized shirts/sweaters/onesies are final sale with no exchange or refund.
FAQ:
Can I change the year or wording slightly or change the color of the print?
ABSOLUTELY!!
Everything is "made-to-order", so YES, you can have a different year, colour print or wording. Just place your order and make a note in the "Note to Seller" section as to what colour or specific wording you want. That's all there is to it! NO EXTRA CHARGE :)
No, we won't contact you to confirm that we've changed it once we ship it. Trust us; If you made the note in the "Note to Seller" section, then we made the change.

Note: a complete overhaul of a design that ends up looking significantly different than the original WILL incur a $6 fee... See below.

Yup!
• If it's super-personalized, then there'll be a $6 custom fee
• If it's something that I think I'll be able to sell a bunch of, then NO CHARGE :)
Care instructions
• wash when dirty
• dry when wet
• get mom's help for stains
• use COLD water (stops shrinkage and protects the print)
• hang dry - it's greener that way & stops shrinkage :)
• printed in the T-Dot with love
===> YES, our gear is "pre-shrunk", BUT cotton will always shrink up a bit more in warm/hot water & dryer.. ask your mom; she'll confirm ;)

Gift wrapping and packaging
Nope. Don't do it.
If we did, you'd hate it. If you saw my Christmas gift wrapping skills, you'd understand! Plus, it'd get wrecked in the mail anyway.

Where do I send my package for an exchange once I've contacted you to see if it's exchangeable?
Please "Convo" us and we'll send you the return address = )
--> DO NOT JUST RETURN THE ITEM TO THE COURIER ADDRESS THAT APPEARS ON THE PACKAGE --> IT WILL NOT GET BACK TO US.
Any item will be deemed 100% returnable / exchangeable if we have screwed up your order in any way - just send us a "Convo" and we'll sort it all out!
• Please make sure to read the size charts in the listing photos and ask any questions PRIOR to ordering
• ALL shipping fees (including the costs to resend your item) are payable by the customer. They just cost too much for us to absorb :(
Why is / was my package delayed / returned to you guys / still MIA?
If we had a buck for every package lost by USPS & Canada Post, we would have enough money to start our own postal service. Ok, not really, but you get the idea.. USPS is a mysterious beast, full of inconsistency and vague answers. Canada Post is WORSE.
What we CAN tell you is to make sure to have your name, apartment/suite number, clearly stated in your PayPal Account AND in the SHIPPING ADDRESS portion if paying via Direct Checkout , Credit Card, Gift Card, etc AS WELL AS on your mailbox. Make sure your sidewalks are shovelled and clear of debris. Make sure your mailbox is able to fit a padded mailer in it otherwise you may have to go pick it up.
